PlayStation E3 2021 presentation has been rumored to arrive on July 8 and will also feature a look at the upcoming GTA V Enhanced Edition.
Sony has yet to officially announce any State of Play or event like the other major publishers during the E3 2021 month. They have remained silent for a while now, and only recently showcased Horizon Forbidden West. They also dropped the announcement of God of War and Gran Turismo 7 being cross-platform in an interview that was just posted randomly.
While Sony hasn’t disclosed or even indicated if they are holding any presentation this Summer, a trusted and reputable source who previously leaked information on Far Cry 6 event and collector’s edition has shared this rumor suggesting that their event is due on July 8.
It should be important to mention that the leaker was not 100% sure of the date, but this is not the only source hinting that a PlayStation event is going to happen soon. Back during the start of the Summer Game Fest that is being hosted by Geoff Keighley, Death Stranding Director’s Cut was shown and Keighley mentioned that more information on the game will arrive in the coming weeks.
Another source for this news is Navtra, which has leaked the news in the past including Final Fantasy XVI and more recently Final Fantasy Origin announcement. The source suggests that the event will happen within a couple of weeks, which lines up with the July 8 rumor.
All things considered, it appears we might finally get a PlayStation E3 2021 presentation. We just need to wait for an official announcement from Sony.
