Several games are set to leave the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in September 2026, with 10 titles currently listed for removal from Sony’s subscription service.
The games are expected to leave the catalogue on September 15, 2026, which falls on the third Tuesday of the month and is when Sony typically refreshes the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog.
The lineup includes recent releases such as EA Sports Madden NFL 26 and Persona 5 Tactica, alongside several older titles that have been available through the service for multiple years.
Games Leaving PlayStation Plus In September
The full list of games currently scheduled to leave the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog is:

- Persona 5 Tactica
- Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII
- Toukiden 2
- Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back
- Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue!
- Toy Story 3
- Shadowrun Returns
- Shadowrun Hong Kong – Extended Edition
- Shadowrun Dragonfall – Director’s Cut
EA Sports Madden NFL 26 was added to the service on March 17, 2026. The latest entry in EA’s annual American football series features updated gameplay systems and the 2026 NFL rosters.
Persona 5 Tactica joined the catalogue on September 16, 2025. The tactical RPG spin-off uses grid-based combat and a different visual style from the main Persona 5 games.
Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII and Toukiden 2 were both added on June 13, 2022. The former is a grand strategy game centred on warfare and diplomacy in ancient China, while Toukiden 2 is an action game focused on hunting supernatural creatures.
Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back was also added on June 13, 2022. The 2.5D platformer brought the 1990s mascot back for another adventure.
Toy Story 2, the original PlayStation platformer, and Toy Story 3, originally released for PSP, are also listed for removal. Toy Story 2 joined on June 13, 2022, while Toy Story 3 was added on September 20, 2022.
The remaining titles are Shadowrun Returns, Shadowrun: Hong Kong and Shadowrun: Dragonfall, all of which were added to PlayStation Plus on December 19, 2023. The three tactical RPGs are set across different locations in the Shadowrun universe, including Seattle, Hong Kong and Berlin.
Players who have not yet played any of these titles through PlayStation Plus may want to do so before September 15. Access through the Game Catalog will end when the games are removed from the service.
