Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus September 2026 monthly games, with 4 titles joining the service on September 1. Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life and Chained Echoes will be available for members to claim until October 5.
Sniper Elite: Resistance will be available on both PS5 and PS4. Set in occupied France, its story takes place alongside the events of Sniper Elite 5 and combines long-range sniping with stealth and tactical third-person combat.
The full campaign supports co-op, while Axis Invasion allows players to enter another person’s campaign as an enemy sniper. Online multiplayer features competitive battles for up to 16 players, while Survival mode supports teams of up to 4 players taking on waves of enemies.
MLB The Show 26 joins the September line-up exclusively on PS5. The latest baseball game includes new and updated modes, additional stadium effects and expanded career options in Road To The Show, including the MLB Draft Combine and 11 additional college teams.
Diamond Dynasty lets players assemble squads using baseball players from different eras and introduces Red Diamond rarity cards. These appear across several card series, including World Baseball Classic, 2026 All-Star Game and Pipeline Series.
PlayStation Plus members will also receive access to the MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle for a limited period. The bundle includes 5 The Show Packs, 1 Equipment Pack and a Jumpstart Choice Pack for use across Road To The Show and Diamond Dynasty. It will be available to members from September 1 until October 6.
Wobbly Life will be available for PS5 and PS4. The open-world sandbox can be played alone or with up to 3 other players through online or local split-screen co-op, with an interactive world containing missions, mini-games, toys and hidden secrets.
Players can explore locations including a tropical island, mountains and hidden caves while completing puzzles and challenges for rewards. Its Arcade mode also includes Trash Zone, Hide & Seek, Wobble Run and Sandbox, with customisable settings, additional mini-games and different areas to explore.
Completing September’s line-up is Chained Echoes for PS4. The single-player JRPG follows a group travelling across the continent of Valandis as they attempt to end a conflict between 3 kingdoms.
Inspired by 16-bit RPGs, Chained Echoes combines a fantasy setting with both traditional weapons and magic alongside mechanical suits. Its journey takes players through locations ranging from plateaus and archipelagos to submerged cities and forgotten dungeons.
All 4 games will be available to PlayStation Plus members from September 1 through October 5, although Sony notes that the Monthly Games selection can vary depending on region.
Members also have until August 31 to claim the August PlayStation Plus Monthly Games. The outgoing selection consists of Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk and Signalis.
