Sony has announced the PS Plus Monthly Games lineup for May 2026, confirming that EA Sports FC 26, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, and Nine Sols will be available to subscribers starting May 5. All three titles will be accessible to PlayStation Plus members across the service’s supported tiers.
Leading the lineup is EA Sports FC 26, which arrives on both PS5 and PS4. The latest entry in EA’s football series introduces updated gameplay shaped by community feedback, along with two distinct playstyles through Authentic and Competitive presets. Players can build and test squads in Football Ultimate Team, which now features tournaments, live events, and updated Rivals and Champs modes. The game also continues the series’ focus on realism, featuring over 20,000 players, more than 750 clubs and national teams, upwards of 120 stadiums, and over 35 leagues. PlayStation Plus members will also receive an additional in-game bonus in the form of the FC 26 PlayStation Plus Icons Pack, available during the game’s time in the monthly lineup.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, available on PS5, brings a darker tone with its Soulslike action RPG structure. Set during the final years of China’s Ming Dynasty, the game follows Wuchang, a pirate warrior who awakens without memories in a land ravaged by conflict and a mysterious affliction known as Feathering. This condition transforms people into monstrous creatures, and Wuchang herself is not immune. Players will explore an interconnected world, engage in challenging combat, and unlock abilities by defeating enemies. The game also allows players to experiment with different combat styles and utilize both traditional weapons and firearms while uncovering the truth behind the spreading chaos.
Rounding out the lineup is Nine Sols for PS5 and PS4, a 2D action platformer with a hand-drawn art style and combat inspired by precision-based mechanics. Players take on the role of a vengeful hero tasked with defeating the titular Sols, powerful rulers of a fallen realm once governed by an ancient alien civilization. The game blends exploration with tight, deflection-focused combat as players confront a series of formidable opponents.
Sony also reminded subscribers that April’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games will remain available to claim until May 4. The current lineup includes Lords of the Fallen, Tomb Raider I to III Remastered, and Sword Art Online Fractured Daydream. Once redeemed, titles remain in a player’s library as long as their subscription remains active.
