Resident Evil Movie Reboot Release Date Reportedly Set For September 9
Resident Evil movie has been rebooted by Hollywood bringing in a new cast. This movie has wrapped up filming and now has a rumored release date.
According to the official website for the Resident Evil movie reboot, it will be released on September 9, 2021. This is not the only multimedia project related to the Resident Evil franchise to launch this year. There is a Netflix animated series featured Leon and Claire called Infinite Darkness and a live-action TV show that will feature Wesker Kids.

Set photos that have leaked online have shown Racoon City Police Department confirming that this might be set in the city during the start of the T-Virus outbreak. Although details on the plot are kept under wraps so we have no official confirmation of it.
This is not the first time the series has been touched by Hollywood. In the past, Paul Andeson has worked on a set of films loosely based on the Resident Evil series. They were a big success for movies that are based on video games grossing millions of dollars worldwide, and a combined gross of more than 1 billion dollars.
