Square Enix Updates Final Fantasy 1-3 Pixel Remaster Font To Improve Readibility

Square Enix has released an update for the Final Fantasy 1-3 Pixel Remaster on Steam. This also adjusts the font for various languages.

When these classic Final Fantasy games were first released on Steam, players complained about the font, and a mod was immediately released by fans that fixed it. While Square Enix hasn’t exactly improved the fonts, they have shared some of the changes on Steam for this patch addressing that an issue has been resolved for the font of the game that improves readability in various languages.

“The text for the following languages has been adjusted to improve readability. These improvements have also been implemented for FF4 and all subsequent titles: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, ” reads the update on Steam.

Here are the bug fixes that have been resolved with this new patch for Final Fantasy 1-3 Pixel Remaster.

– It was sometimes impossible to unlock the achievement “Master of II” when continuing to play, using the cloud save function.
