Star Wars Zero Company has surpassed 1 million players, Electronic Arts has announced, thanking fans for supporting the turn-based tactics game. The publisher also confirmed that Patch 1.2 will be released next week.
The announcement came through the official EA Star Wars account on X, which wrote, “Over one million operators and counting! THANK YOU for supporting STAR WARS Zero Company. Stay tuned for continued updates to the game. Patch 1.2 will release next week.”
Developed by Bit Reactor in collaboration with Respawn Entertainment, Star Wars Zero Company launched on August 27, 2026, for PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series X|S. The single-player tactical game is set during the final years of the Clone Wars and follows a mercenary squad carrying out covert operations across the galaxy.
Players command a custom team in turn-based battles that emphasize squad positioning, cover and tactical decision-making. The game combines these combat systems with a narrative built around the squad’s missions.
