The Last of Us Part 2 Gets a Stunning New Artwork Featuring Ellie
The Last of Us Part 2 was originally set to launch in February but the game was delayed to May. Ahead of the launch, this stunning new artwork has appeared.
The Last of Us Part 2 will get an official art book after the launch of the game. In addition to the original art book, there is a special Deluxe edition version of the artbook. This one comes with a special artwork for the cover.
This artwork sees Ellie taking cover behind a tree from members of the cult. She can be seen holding a machete in her hand while the cult members are holding a torch and looking out for her.
The artwork was published by Amazon and this special edition is available to pre-order now. Naughty Dog has collaborated with Dark Horse Books to release this hardcover version of the artbook. There are two versions of the cover. One can be seen in the image above while the second one shows Ellie holding a guitar and sitting under a tree.
This is not the only art book that is available for The Last of Us Part 2. The regular edition of the artbook can also be pre-ordered through Amazon. The difference is that the Deluxe edition is limited and comes with “an exclusive cover and slipcase, as well as a gallery-quality lithograph.”
The pricing is also different for both versions. The Deluxe edition costs $89.99 while the regular edition can be purchased for $35.99. This art book is set to launch on June 16, 2020.
