Xbox Game Pass July 2019 Free Games Lineup Officially Confirmed

Microsoft has revealed the Xbox Game Pass lineup for July 2019. The upcoming free games will launch for both Xbox One and PC with some exclusives between each of them.

Microsoft had shared an ID @ Xbox games showcase which featured prominent indie games that would eventually launch for the Xbox Game Pass. Some of the games that were revealed during this event have now been confirmed to launch this month on the subscription service. They were confirmed for the month of July 2019 in an official announcement shared today.

  • Middle-earth: Shadow of War – 7/4​
  • My Time at Portia – 7/4​
  • Undertale – 7/4​
  • Blazing Chrome – 7/11​
  • Dead Rising 4 – 7/11​
  • LEGO City Undercover – 7/11​
  • Timespinner – 7/11​
  • Unavowed – 7/11

First, the games that are coming to both Xbox One and PC version of the service are Dead Rising 4, Middle-earth: Shadow of War, My Time at Portia, and Blazing Chrome. Next, we have some PC exclusives in between with Undertale, Timespinner, and Unavowed releasing just for the PC version of the subscription service. Lastly, LEGO City Undercover is coming to just Xbox One.

Microsoft has also announced their Xbox Live Games with Gold lineup just at the end of the last month. You can have a look at what is being planned for Xbox Live Games with Gold users with the July 2019 lineup.

If you want to get both Gold and Game Pass in a single package, you can get the Ultimate Bundle that also includes the PC version of Game Pass. It will set you back $14.99 for a single month but overall it feels cheaper than buying both subscriptions (or three if you count PC) separately.
