Warner Bros. Interactive and Ed Boon assured fans that they were working on a fix for Mortal Kombat 11. It was for the difficult and unbalanced Towers of Time mode, and an update today reveals that the developers have managed to resolve the issue.

Ed Boon has confirmed today that they have fixed the super hard Towers of Time in Mortal Kombat 11. They are currently discussing a plan to get it out for everyone as soon as possible. They originally announced this fix in a live stream during Kombat Kast celebrating the game’s launch.

The issue with Mortal Kombat 11 is that the unlockable offline content all requires the player to grind in order to get in-game currency, which in turn can be used to unlock more items. The rewards offered are just not enough in addition to the Towers of Time using some ridiculous modifiers making it impossible for the players to clear them.

Both of these issues will be addressed soon but apparently, the first fix is for the difficulty in Towers of Time. It has been fixed but the changes will be rolled out to everyone as soon as possible.

After this issue, the other complaint regarding the game was with the economy system for The Krypt. They will try to offer better rewards and improve the economy in order to solve this issue, but it won’t be a part of the upcoming Mortal Kombat 11 update.

“We appreciate the feedback on the game so far! We’re continually optimizing Mortal Kombat 11 on each platform based on your feedback. To address recent concerns around Towers of Time and the Krypt, a patch will be rolling out ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused, ” said Warner Bros. Interactive in a statement posted to the official discord for the game.

“In case you missed yesterday’s Kombat Kast: We have a hot fix/improvements koming to address those super hard Towers of Time as well as better rewards/economy to be used in the Krypt, ” said Ed Boon in a Tweet.
