Nintendo has released a new Nintendo Switch firmware update that will update the console to version 10.2.0. Here is the changelog for this firmware update.
There is a new firmware update for the Nintendo Switch which has been released today. While it doesn’t quite add any new features, the changelog mentions that it is for stability and performance improvements. As for any behind-the-scene changes that are usually the norm when it comes to such minor Nintendo Switch firmware updates, we have no idea since nothing major has been discovered as of yet.

Nintendo has a tendency to update the firmware for their hybrid console if they discover an exploit for it. Since the older version of their console is already hacked, the exploits usually lead to the hackers being able to play the recent games by installing the latest version of the console firmware.

Nintendo Switch is one of the fastest-selling consoles for Nintendo. It has already outsold more of its previous consoles including the Nintendo Entertainment System. It is only trailing behind Nintendo Wii.
