Microsoft Store has listed the file size for both of these games. First of all, the combined file size of both of these games will be roughly 43 GB which is what has been listed for the bundle on the Microsoft Store. However, each of the games has its own individual entry on the Microsoft Store that reveals its file size.
Resident Evil 3 is roughly 21.93 GB as listed on the Microsoft Store. Resident Evil: Resistance is around 20.47 GB so despite being a multiplayer game, it has a file size that is equal to the main Resident Evil 3 game.
