Capcom has confirmed in an interview that Resident Evil 3 Remake won’t get any future DLC, unlike its predecessor. This also includes any free content updates.
Resident Evil 2 Remake was first released back in January 2019 and it was followed by a small content update that added a new gameplay mode. Fans were hoping to get similar free updates or DLC for Resident Evil 3 Remake, but according to Peter Fabiano, a producer at Capcom, there won’t be any additional DLC or post-launch content for this remake.

In an interview with Siliconera, Fabiano was asked the question if there are any tweaks and updates in the works for Resident Evil 3 Remake. “Resident Evil 3 is a finished product, ” replied Fabiano leading to rest any doubts of the game getting post-launch content updates or DLC.
Capcom has echoed a similar statement for Devil May Cry 5. While the game was updated post-launch to add free content with the Bloody Palace gameplay mode, datamining of the game files revealed that there were additional content and potential new playable characters hidden in the source code. This was never the case with this RE3 Remake, however, the game does cut some content from the original release.
