An alleged leak for Embark Studios’ extraction shooter, ARC Raiders, has revealed details on a new map, features, Clan system, and more.

The information comes from a Pastebin post (via ArcRaiderAlerts on Twitter/X), according to which a brand new map titled Frozen Trail will be added to Arc Raiders via a future update. It appears to introduce a mix of industrial and rural points of interest, including Central Station, Factory, Loading Platform, Observatory, Railyard, and Village. The variety suggests a map designed to facilitate both close-quarters combat and long-range shootouts.

The update is said to feature a set of five new map conditions that should affect gameplay.

  • Toxic Swamp: Geothermal fissures have erupted beneath the swamp, releasing both toxic gases and rare natural resources.
  • Acid Rain: An especially sour rain corrodes everything on the surface, harming any Raider caught outdoors.
  • Heat Wave: A scorching sun has been beating down on everything and everyone, making it exhausting just to get around. Stay in the shadows if you can.
  • The Queens: Multiple Queens have been spotted in the area, though no Harvester seems to be anywhere nearby.
  • A new minor map condition where extraction points would be buttoned up tight and needing repair before they could be successfully used.

According to the leak, the update will add a new trading system. allowing players to visit a shady marketplace called Speranza Piazza in order to exchange items. Two new weapons, Stanza and Malleus, are also mentioned in the Pastebin post. Furthermore, a new operation titled Dead Reckoning will allegedly introduce a massive ARC that will be able to fly around the map and be boarded by Raiders, and may be related to the cryptic UFOs spotted flying during Hurricanes. Lastly, the leak hints at a new clan system, where players may join up with groups based on preferred playstyles such as PvP or PvE.

As with all rumors and leaks, we urge our readers to take the above information with a grain of salt.
