The possible pricing for the upcoming PlayStation versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 may have surfaced following a series of store updates spotted on PC and Xbox platforms.
According to CharlieIntel, both games received pricing changes that list the base game at $40 each. The update also reduced the cost of individual DLC packs from $15 to $10, while Season Pass pricing was lowered from $50 to $30. In addition, microtransaction camouflage Personalization Packs have reportedly been made free.
While Activision and Treyarch have not confirmed pricing for the PlayStation releases, the timing of the store updates has drawn attention following the recent announcement that both games are coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 in July 2026.
Treyarch previously confirmed that the ports are being handled by Iron Galaxy and will include the complete packages for both titles, featuring Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies. The releases are described as direct ports of the original PlayStation 3-era games rather than remasters or remakes.
At the time of writing, no official PlayStation Store pricing has been announced. However, the latest PC and Xbox store changes could provide an early indication of how Activision intends to price the upcoming PlayStation versions.
