Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 Launch Weapons List Leaked

The list of weapons that will be available in Activision’s upcoming first-person shooter, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, have apparently been leaked.

Reddit user Much_Draft_2778 has shared the list of weapons that will be available in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 at launch. The leak comes via a recent datamine, which has extracted IDs for weapons from the Assault Rifles, Battle Rifles, Marksman Rifles, Machine Guns, Handguns, Shotguns, Sub-Machine Guns, Sniper Rifles, and Lethal classes.

Previously, a batch of leaked screenshots for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 had revealed details regarding the game’s weapons. The leaked alpha screenshots came from Twitter account TaskForceLimg, though they had later been taken down. However, they were available long enough for details regarding the weapons featured in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 to be extracted.

It was confirmed that weapon blueprints will be making a return in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. Additionally, scrapped content from Call of Duty Vanguard will be making its way into the upcoming Call of Duty installment. Character movement speed has been increased over Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, and the ADS attachment penalties found in the latter have been reduced. It was also revealed that remastered versions of the Terminal and Scrapyard maps from the original Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2009) will be returning in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3.
