The demo will be available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and Steam. The game supports Japanese, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Korean.

The full version of Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is scheduled to launch on October 15, 2026. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox PC and Steam.

Demo Save Data Transfer

Players will be able to carry their demo progress into the full game, although both versions must be played on the same platform and with the same account. The demo save data must also remain on the system for the transfer to work.

The full version must be updated to its latest version when transferring the save data, while certain features and content may be unavailable in the demo.

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse is being developed by Konami alongside Evil Empire and Motion Twin. Set 23 years after Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse, the game follows Rose Belmont as she takes on the role of a new Belmont family hero.

The story is set in medieval Paris in 1499, where monstrous creatures have emerged and engulfed the city in flames. Rose joins her father Trevor Belmont, armed with the legendary Vampire Killer whip, as they investigate the threat surrounding a mysterious castle.

Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse targets 60 FPS on supported platforms, while the Nintendo Switch version runs at 30 FPS. The standard edition requires approximately 8 GB of storage, with the Midnight Edition requiring 10 GB. On Nintendo Switch, the requirements are 4 GB for the Standard Edition and 6 GB for the Midnight Edition.
