DAVE THE DIVER Mobile Launches September 17 With DLC

by Greg Martin

DAVE THE DIVER mobile will launch on iOS and Android on September 17, 2026, Mintrocket has announced. The mobile version will include the acclaimed adventure RPG’s core game alongside the DREDGE content pack and the recently released In the Jungle expansion from day one.

Players who purchase the base game on mobile will also receive DAVE THE DIVER Digital Extra, which can be accessed from within the game. Mintrocket has also introduced several features designed specifically for mobile devices.

One of the additions is a gyro-based control for pouring tea at Bancho Sushi. Players can tilt their phones to control the pouring motion, recreating the action of using a real teapot.

The mobile version will also include three selectable view-distance settings. Players exploring the Sea People’s Village as Dave will additionally be able to fast travel directly to different NPCs, making it quicker to move around the area and progress.

DAVE THE DIVER combines deep-sea exploration, fishing and sushi restaurant management. During the day, Dave ventures into the constantly changing Blue Hole to catch sea creatures and gather resources, before managing the sushi restaurant at night.

The Blue Hole contains more than 200 types of sea creatures, with players using a harpoon and other weapons to catch them. Resources and restaurant earnings can then be used to improve equipment and prepare for the dangers found beneath the surface. Running out of oxygen forces Dave to leave collected fish and other items behind.

The game features a mix of pixel art and 3D visuals, alongside side quests, minigames and multiple storylines. Its cast of eccentric characters and humorous narrative also plays a major role in the adventure.

Pre-registration for DAVE THE DIVER is now available on both iOS and Android ahead of its September 17 release.
