Fast and Furious Crossroads is a brand new game from Slightly Mad Studios out on August 7th. It has a massive day one update.
Fast and Furious Crossroads was first revealed at the Video Game Awards last year. It is being developed by Slightly Mad Studios, who are known for their work on Project CARS. They are developing this game in partnership with Bandai Namco who is the publisher.
The game received a mixed reaction on reveal because of the odd-looking character models. It was also rated by ESRB earlier this year and is set to launch to August 7th.
As the launch is closer, the day one update for the game is out on PSN. The patch size is unusually large for a game of this caliber, weighing in at 38.5 GB. There are no patch notes to go with this update for now.
On the official Xbox website, it is mentioned that Fast and Furious Crossroads will support 4K UHD and HDR on Xbox One X, but there is still no store listing for the game so it is not up for a digital pre-order as of now. It has a retail listing on various stores including Amazon and will be out on August 7th, but there is no word on when digital pre-orders will go up for the game.
