Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered Update 1.02 Details and Patch Notes
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered was updated to version 1.02 today. The patch notes for the 1.02 update list some gameplay specific fixes.
The game launched with a tepid critical reception and hasn’t managed to fare well in terms of user impressions. While this was a remaster of an old game, it stripped away some of the core features that made the original a unique experience. As a result, it was unequivocally criticized by everyone.

Square Enix later shared an update on the future of the remaster where they assured that some of the bugs will be fixed with a future update. One of the listed fixes was for infinite items. This has been patched with the update today on PS4, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android.

Update Details
・Boss appearance sequences and Myrrh drop acquisition events in multiplayer mode are now skippable.
・Fixed a bug that makes unknown element hot spots marked as [?] visible after playing in multiplayer mode with another player who has already activated the hot spot.
・Fixed a bug that allowed players to gain infinite items.
・Other various bug fixes.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Remastered also has a Lite edition that is free-to-play. It has also been updated to version 1.02 along with the full game.
