Square Enix has released a bunch of new screenshots for Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade giving a glimpse at some of the new additions to the game.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will offer new story content as well as bring the game to the PS5. This will lead to improved visuals, faster load times, and the addition of features like a Photo mode.
The new screenshots today were released by Square Enix Japan. They offer a glimpse at some of the new content include the summon Ramuh, Fort Condor minigame, and the new Intermission story DLC that will star Yuffie and Sonon.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade will be a free upgrade for existing owns aside from those who have got the game as part of the PS Plus subscription. While the base game can be upgraded for free, the DLC has to be purchased separately in this case.
As we have covered earlier, this DLC might be released as a separate code and won’t be available on the disc. The game is confirmed to be a six months console exclusive to PS5 as seen in the latest launch trailer. As for the upgrades to the PS5 version, in addition to the visual upgrade, it will be possible to run the game at 60 FPS with a performance mode.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade will be out on June 11, 2021, for the PS5. It can be purchased for $69.99. The Intermission DLC has been priced at $19.99 but it is not available on the PlayStation Store as of yet.
