Arc System Works and Sony Interactive Entertainment have unveiled the final launch characters for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls during EVO 2026, completing the game’s 20-character roster ahead of its release next month.
The final team, known as the Samurai Outriders, is led by Robbie Reyes as Ghost Rider and introduces three additional playable fighters: Blade, Deadpool and Loki.
With the announcement, the full launch roster has now been confirmed. The 20 playable characters are Storm, Magik, Wolverine, Danger, Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Peni Parker, Captain America, Iron Man, Black Panther, Hulk, Doctor Doom, Magneto, Green Goblin, Carnage, Ghost Rider, Blade, Deadpool and Loki.
The developers also confirmed details for the game’s upcoming open beta. The test begins on July 24 (PT) and will be available on PlayStation 5 and PC.

Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls is scheduled to launch on August 6, 2026 (PT) for PlayStation 5 and PC. The upcoming tag-team fighter features teams of Marvel heroes and villains competing in the Challenge of the Champion, with players assembling squads from across the game’s full roster.
