Stormind Games has announced that Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered and Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered will launch in Q1 2027, alongside a new initiative offering free upgrades to players who already own the original games.
Players who purchased an original copy of either Remothered: Tormented Fathers or Remothered: Broken Porcelain will be able to upgrade to the corresponding Remastered edition at no additional cost during the first seven days after release. Stormind Games says the initiative is intended to recognise the community that has supported the series since its debut.
The remastered editions are being developed to enhance the original experiences while retaining the identity, atmosphere and psychological horror elements of the first two games. New release window trailers for both titles also provide a look at their updated environments and horror atmosphere.
The initiative comes as Stormind Games continues to expand the Remothered universe, with Remothered: Red Nun’s Legacy set to further develop the series’ narrative. The two remastered games will give players an opportunity to revisit the beginnings of the franchise ahead of the next chapter.
Further details about how the free upgrades will be claimed, as well as their availability across different platforms, will be announced closer to launch. Both Remothered: Tormented Fathers Remastered and Remothered: Broken Porcelain Remastered are scheduled to release in Q1 2027.
