Returnal Update 1.3.6 Is Out, Here Are The Patch Notes
Housemarque has released Returnal update 1.3.6. If you have downloaded it, the updated version should be 01.003.006. Here are its patch notes.
As we reported earlier, the last major update for the game lead to the save data getting corrupted. This has been rectified with a patch that was released recently. If you are still facing issues after the last patch, then you should download update 1.3.6 as Housemarque has talked about this update fixing save data corruption.
The latest update for Returnal is roughly 1 GB in size and implements the following list of changes.

Housemarque recommends keeping auto-updates turned off for active runs as this can disrupt the progress made in the game. Returnal has been criticized for its save data system which only allows to save game data at certain points. As a result, players have to spend a lot of time before they are able to save their progress which is not an ideal situation of you have limited time to play the game.
