Sanatorium Patch 1.1 introduces a targeted update focused on improving the experience on Steam Deck, refining display scaling, controls, and overall readability. The update also includes broader enhancements such as adaptive aspect ratio support and improved compatibility with ultra-wide screens.
Alongside these changes, several gameplay fixes and quality adjustments have been implemented. A handful of bugs affecting progression and UI behavior have been resolved, and input responsiveness has been noticeably improved, making interactions feel more fluid.

Sanatorium A Mental Asylum Simulator was developed by Zeitglas and published by Shoreline Games, released on November 6, 2025. The game is available on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, with full Steam Deck verification.
