Silent Hill Townfall Update 1.4.0 improves the behavior of The Weight and other enemies, including changes to searching, hunting, sound detection, grappling, and melee counterattacks. Grab attacks from The Weight now deal heavy damage rather than causing instant death on Story Mode and Normal difficulties.
The update also improves puzzle information, adds missing AZERTY keyboard bindings, addresses several progression-blocking and out-of-bounds issues, and improves frame pacing while further reducing streaming stutter. The updated version number displayed on the main menu should be v1.5.154194.
