Bug Fixes

Campaign Mode and Challenge Mode

  • Fixed an issue where pressing the Achievements and Replay Mission buttons simultaneously on the level select screen could, in rare cases, prevent progression.
  • Fixed an issue where collecting an extra life after a checkpoint, then using Restart → Checkpoint followed by Quit, could result in the loss of one life.
  • Fixed an issue on Meteo where repeatedly using boost and overtaking the boss could make the stage impossible to complete.
  • Fixed an issue on Solar where repeatedly boosting after defeating the boss and overtaking it could prevent the transition to the next scene and make the level impossible to complete.
  • Fixed an issue on Aquas where hitting a shell-protected Garoa with a torpedo incorrectly increased the bonus hit count.
  • Fixed an issue on Meteo where hitting a Flip Bot with a charged shot incorrectly increased the bonus hit count through explosion damage.
  • Fixed an issue on Venom where restarting immediately after defeating the boss while the Arwing was destroyed could incorrectly award boss hit count points.
  • Fixed an issue on Bolse where hitting force-field-protected enemy ships with a charged shot could incorrectly increase the hit count.
  • Corrected the challenge description on Solar:
    • Previous text: “Score 25 hits using bombs against enemies and rocks”
    • Updated text: “Destroy 25 enemies and rocks with bombs.”
  • Fixed an issue in Sector X where the challenge “Destroy 10 Proximity Mines with a single bomb” could fail to register completion despite meeting the requirements.
  • Fixed an issue where a challenge on Venom could still be completed after taking damage from a stone statue.
  • Fixed a number of additional issues to improve the overall gameplay experience.

Star Fox launches on June 25, 2026, exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2. Update 1.1.0 adds Battle Mode, Avatar Settings, a new Easy Campaign Mode difficulty, and a range of gameplay and progression fixes.
