The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 has been delayed from its September release date to later in October. NIS America has also announced a demo that will be released before its launch.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel is a JPRG series from Nihon Falcom. It is localized and published in the West by two different companies, XSEED Games and NIS America. The first two games in the series were localized and published for the PS4 by XSEED Games. NIS America is taking the charge for localizing the third entry, which was first set to launch later in September.
“To guarantee as successful a launch window as possible, the release date for The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III on PlayStation®4 is postponed to October 22, 2019 in North America and Europe and October 29 in Oceania,” said NIS America in a press release.
“NIS America sincerely apologizes to everyone who was greatly looking forward to its release, and would like to thank fans for their understanding and patience as the team is working hard to deliver the best possible experience.”
In addition to sharing this announcement, they have confirmed that the game will get a demo before its launch. Details on this demo will be shared at a later date.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 3 will be out on October 22, 2019, exclusively for the PS4.
