Voice actor Troy Baker, known for his work in Naughty Dog’s games, has called the studio’s next title, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet, the most ambitious project he’s ever worked on.
During an autograph signing session, voice actor Troy Baker (via DomTheBomb on Twitter/X) was asked from a fan for an update on The Last of Us Part 3, to which he responded by saying that developer Naughty Dog is heads down getting Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet put together. He added that the game is “so f***ing good.”
The fan then asked Baker to share whether he plays one of the main or side characters in Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. In response, the voice actor replied by saying, “you’ll see.” That said, he made it a point to mention that Naughty Dog’s upcoming title is going to be extremely ambitious. “It is absolutely the most ambitious thing I’ve ever done,” he stated.
Meanwhile, during a recent interview with JEUXACTU (via IntergalacticES on Twitter/X), Tati Gabrielle, the actress who plays Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet’s protagonist Jordan A. Mun, shared that she has yet to finish her motion capture work for the upcoming title. She also explained the origin of her character’s name, saying, “am Korean and black Jordan is Korean and black and Min is a traditional Korean last name. The initials for Jordan, J.A.M, were a callback to the original creators of Naughty Dog, with their names put together.”
In an earlier interview with Culture Wave Media, actor Tony Dalton, who played the role of Lalo Salamanca in Better Call Saul, reflected on how his relationship with Naughty Dog president Neil Druckmann began and how it led him to working as one of the lead characters in Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.
