The symbol, sound, and animation of the new Xbox Mythic Achievement, which is unlocked upon 100% Achievement completion, has been revealed.
The Xbox Mythic Achievement symbol, sound, and animation have been revealed (via IdleSloth84_ on Twitter/X) through a new update to the Xbox PC App. It will be rewarded to players who unlock all achievements in a supported game. From the looks of it, Halo: Campaign Evolved is once such title. The 100% completion Achievement symbol can be seen in the image below.

Recently, Xbox added new search filters for “Complete Mythic Achievement” and “Incomplete Mythic Achievement.” Given that the “Completed” and “Incomplete” options still exist, it’s possible that not all games will award a Mythic Achievement for 100% completion, as is the case with PlayStation Trophies.
Last month, Xbox CEO Asha Sharma took to Twitter/X to respond to a fan who asked her about a “Platinum trophy equivalent” for Achievements. In response, she stated that the development team was aiming to deliver something on that front later this year in 2026. “Team is working on something for later this year!” she said.
Around 3 years ago, during an episode of The Xbox Two podcast, co-host Jez Corden mentioned that he had talked with an Xbox executive at the prior Gamescom regarding the introduction of Platinum Achievements to the ecosystem. The aforementioned executive said that Microsoft was interested in revamping the achievements system. It was said to have been a matter of priorities and time for the company. Jez believed that the addition of a Platinum equivalent as well as other improvements to Xbox Achievement system would eventually come, and that it was just a matter of getting through the things Microsoft wanted to get done before that. Nearly 3 years later, it looks like that time has finally come.
