Zack May Have An Active Role In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion’s Zack Fair may have an active role to play in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
Speaking during an interview, Zack Fair voice actor Kenichi Suzumura, also known as Suzuken, revealed that the character will have an active role to play in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. He describes the Crisis Core protagonist’s role as a “mystery within a mystery”, adding that he hopes to be able to add some flair to the character while also enjoying the game as a fan and wondering where the story will head from here on out.
With regards to the recently released Crisis Core Final Fantasy Reunion, Suzuken said that it is a game developed with utmost quality, and he hopes to enjoy it together with fans and experience the emotional story once again.
Earlier this year, Square Enix ended its Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary Celebration broadcast with a first look at Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the sequel to 2020’s successful remake of the original Final Fantasy VII. The game has been announced exclusively for the PS5, and is slated to arrive sometime during the Winter of 2023.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the second installment in the Final Fantasy VII Remake series. The latter is said to span across three games, expanding upon the story of the original game. Fans and critics alike praised Final Fantasy VII Remake upon its release, and the game has now sold over five million copies sold worldwide.
The creative director of the series, Tetsuya Nomura, said that he completely understands the concept and vision behind each of the projects. As someone who was involved in the creation of each of the original titles, he is actively involved in the development process of the forthcoming games in the series. Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is being developed so that anyone may enjoy it, regardless of whether or not they are familiar with the original game.
