Crysis 3 Remastered is the latest game in the trilogy to get a rating in Australia thus completing the whole trilogy that is due out this Fall.
Crytek is bringing back the Crysis games in the form of a trilogy that will be released for the last and current-generation consoles. Crysis Remastered Trilogy will be out later this fall but ahead of the release date, they are getting rated in Australia. This was first followed by the Crysis 2 Remastered rating and now the third game has been rated as well.
Crysis series was originally released for the PC while the sequel was then available for consoles in addition to PC. It was published by EA, who also published the third game. Crysis 3 was famous for its state-of-the-art graphics that struggled to run on consoles at that time.
Crytek announced their plans to remaster all three games after releasing the first one last year. Their plans had already leaked through a hacker breach that resulted in some private developer files making their way online, so this was never a big surprise. They formally announced the trilogy for a Fall 2021 release last month.
Crysis Trilogy Remastered will be released PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. It is also planned for the Nintendo Switch. The first Crysis Remastered was also released on these platforms.
