Blizzard Entertainment has announced Diablo IV for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. Here is a cinematic and gameplay trailer for this upcoming RPG.
Diablo IV has already leaked in the past so the existence of the game itself is not big news. The announcement of the platforms confirms that it will come to both PS4 and Xbox One in addition to PC. There was a lack of Nintendo Switch version despite Diablo III getting a port for it.

Diablo IV announcement was followed with two trailers. One is the cinematic trailer that is almost 9 minutes long while the other is a gameplay trailer. Both of these trailers are a part of this new game announcement.
Diablo IV will feature an art style that is closer to the second game. It is a more gritty and darker game than its predecessor. The series has been a massive success for Blizzard Entertainment and continues to do well for them.

There was some backlash against Diablo once Blizzard Entertainment announced a mobile version during last year’s BlizzCon fan event. They have now rectified this by making a new mainline game announcement at BlizzCon 2019.
Diablo IV will have multiple playable classes but only three of them have been revealed for now. This includes The Barbarian, The Sorceress and The Druid. Here is an official description of each of the classes.
- The Barbarian, known for their unparalleled strength and brutal melee combat, utilizes a new and more powerful system in battle, Arsenal, which arms them with the ability to carry and rapidly switch between four different weapons at a time by assigning them to individual attacks.
- The Sorceress hearkens back to their Diablo II roots and shapes the elements to obliterate their foes by impaling them upon jagged spikes of ice, electrocuting them with bolts of lightning, or raining flaming meteors from the sky.
- The Druid is a savage shapeshifter whose updated playstyle empowers them to fluidly transform between a werewolf, werebear, and human form to unleash the raw power of nature’s fury on the forces of the Burning Hells.
Diablo IV will be out for PS4, Xbox One, and PC but there is no release year set for it. You can look forward to more news for the game once there is something to share for them by Blizzard Entertainment.
