Persona 3 and Persona 4 Golden Coming To Steam, Database Entry Discovered

Persona 3 and Persona 4 Golden are coming to Steam according to a new rumor. SteamDB listing for P4 Golden has also been discovered.

Persona 3 and Persona 4 Golden are two classic games in the Persona series. Both of these were originally released for the PlayStation 2 and then later ported to the PlayStation Portable and PlayStation Vita. Persona 4 Golden has been only released for the PS Vita while Persona 3 is available for the PlayStation 2 with a special extended version for the PlayStation Portable.

According to a new rumor that has been making the rounds and includes information from multiple sources, it appears that both of these games are coming to Steam.

The first game to release on Steam will be P4 Golden. It is expected to launch on PC on June 13, or the same date as the PC Gaming Show which also has an announcement from Atlus. There is also a Steam Database entry for P4 Golden that dates back to June. Update: It is basically official at this point that P4 Golden is coming to PC as a listing for the game has been discovered on the Denuvo website.

The second game to release on Steam is Persona 3. It is not confirmed whether this is the Portable version of Persona 3 which included a male and female player avatar, or the PlayStation 2 version that offered 3D cutscenes and navigation.

Both of these should be announced in the coming days with Persona 4 Golden expected to get an announcement on June 13 at the PC Gaming Show.
