Respawn Entertainment has released Apex Legends update 1.30 today. Here’s what you need to know about this update for PS4.
Apex Legends has just started a brand new season. This season adds a new legend, Revenant. As it is the case with the start of every season, this one had further updates to the in-game maps. This includes maps like The Planet Harvester, Capitol City Split in Two, The Updrafts and Survey Camp.
The update for Apex Legends that started Season was released just over a week ago. It has been followed with a couple of bug fixes released in the form of small updates. Another minor hotfix has launched today.
According to the Respawn Entertainment, this update included “a little bit of housekeeping for PS4 players as well as a temporary reduction to the matchmaking penalty in Ranked, capping it at 10 minutes, across all platforms.”
There doesn’t appear to be any major change that is a part of this new update. If you were having issues with it on PS4, perhaps these might be resolved after installing this update.
Apex Legends is available as a free-to-play game for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. It was developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by EA.
