Avengers Endgame Is Getting An Extended Cut, Will Hit Theatres Again
Avengers Endgame might be a box office juggernaut, and it is still one of the fastest grossing movies worldwide, but the legs for the movie were slowing down. Disney is now planning an expansion with a new cut of the movie that will feature an extending ending sequence.
Technically calling this an extended cut will be taking it a little too far since this is mainly about the post-credits scene, adding a deleted scene which could be this one, and paying tribute to some of the cast.

If you had seen the original Avengers Endgame in theatres, it didn’t include any post or mid-credits scene because it was always planned as an end to the current generation of Marvel Superheroes. This meant that Thor, Captain America, and all of the first-generation Avengers were given their conclusion in the movie.
Speaking with ScreenRant, Kevin Feige has now confirmed that Avengers Endgame will hit the theatres again with an expansion that will mostly offer some new things after the ending. Don’t expect any extended cut here like Deadpool.
Not an extended cut, but there will be a version going into theaters with a bit of a marketing push with a few new things at the end of the movie. If you stay and watch the movie, after the credits, there’ll be a deleted scene, a little tribute, and a few surprises. Which will be next weekend, ” said Kevin Feige to ScreenRant, confirming an expansion for the movie.
