Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has been updated to a new version today on all platforms. There is also a new PlayStation exclusive combat pack.
Activision has just released another update for Black Ops Cold War. This is the second patch to drop for the game within a week. It is following up on an update earlier this week that brought new content for Warzone and start season 1 for the new Call of Duty.
Currently, there are no details on what is actually fixed in this update aside from the confirmation that the season 1 content is now live in the game. Earlier this week, Treyarch had shared a list of patch notes for the upcoming updates so it is possible that these patch notes also apply to today’s update.
While we are not sure if anything new has added in terms of bug fixes or adjustments, the patch notes were already shared by Treyarch earlier and can be viewed from here.
Update: Here are the fixes shared by Treyarch.
We've released a new update this morning to fix the “Zed 398 Swift Clover” error on PC and an occasional hitching issue on PS5.
We'll continue to monitor; in the meantime, grab the download if you haven't already and jump into Season One!
