The trophy lists for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 have appeared in PlayStation’s database, suggesting the ports may be close to release.
According to CharlieIntel, both games have separate native versions for PS4 and PS5, although it remains unclear whether they include any enhancements beyond the platform-specific releases.
“There is both PS4 and PS5 versions of the Black Ops and Black Ops 2 ports,” CharlieIntel reported. “It’s still not clear if there’s any updated features, but there is separate versions for each platform.”
The outlet also noted that “Trophies for Black Ops and Black Ops 2 on PS4 and PS5 have started to also appear in the database,” adding that the “Release appears to be very, very soon.”
PlayStation Game Size shared additional details from the database, claiming both games will include Platinum Trophies on PS4 and PS5. The listings also reference four DLC trophy packs for Call of Duty: Black Ops and four DLC trophy packs for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
Neither Activision nor Treyarch has announced a release date for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions. Until an official announcement is made, the appearance of the trophy lists should be treated as a leak.
