Days Gone Update 1.51: What’s New and What Are Patch Notes

Days Gone update version 1.51 was released today by Sony Bend Studio. This update has been released after a New Game Plus mode was patched into the game.

Days Gone launched at the end of April and since then, it has continued to get strong support from Sony Bend Studio. They have released new updates for it adding content and also started a weekly DLC challenge that continued until last week.

After the demand of fans, they finally released the New Game Plus mode last week. They have also implemented new difficulty modes like a Survival mode. In the last patch, they introduced a new Hard II and Survival II difficulty that was only playable through New Game Plus mode.

Following the patch last week, Sony Bend Studio has released a small hotfix patch for Days Gone that bumps the game version to 1.51.

Progression Blockers

  • Stability improvements have been made to the mission “What’s A Nice Girl”

General Fixes

  • Players who achieved a gold rank in any of the challenges should now retain the gold rank after the challenge ends
  • Overall Horde awareness has been adjusted
