  • Added support for anti-cheat
  • Bug fixes

Anti-cheat is typically used to detect if players are not using software to get an unfair advantage in online games. This has been implemented across most online-focused multiplayer games and while EA Sports FC 24 hasn’t received it until today, cheating instances have been reported in the past related to players getting an unfair advantage online.

EA Sports FC 24 is a football-themed simulation video game developed by EA Vancouver and EA Romania and published by EA Sports. This game marks the beginning of the EA Sports FC series, following the end of Electronic Arts’ partnership with FIFA after FIFA 23. It is the 31st installment in EA Sports’ football simulation games and was released on September 29, 2023. The game is available on multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

Earlier this year, Sony dropped EA Sports FC 24 on their PlayStation Plus subscription making it one of the yearly sports games to be available to all subscribers of the base tier of PS Plus. It was released for PS4 and PS5. It is not the first time they have collaborated with EA to release their games on their subscription service. EA Sports FC 24 is also available as part of EA Play on PC and consoles.
