Bethesda has released the Fallout 76 Infestations update, introducing a new endgame activity that rewards players with guaranteed 4-Star Legendary gear. The update also launches Season 25: Appalachia Under Siege, adds seasonal fish, introduces a Deathclaw C.A.M.P. Pet, and outlines upcoming current-generation console testing planned for June.
Alongside the new content, the update delivers extensive gameplay balancing, radiation resistance reworks, weapon adjustments, quality-of-life improvements, and a substantial number of bug fixes across quests, events, C.A.M.P. systems, UI, perks, and combat mechanics.
