The latest Fortnite Battle Royale update 1.000.167, Chapter 6 Season 2: LAWLESS, brings a high-stakes crime spree to the island. Crime City is now the epicenter of chaos, featuring heists, bank robberies, and armored car raids. Players can go head-to-head with crime kingpin Fletcher Kane, who drops powerful rewards, including the Mythic Double Down Pistol and the Unstoppable Medallion. This season also introduces Dill Bits, a new in-game currency created by Big Dill, which can be spent at underground Black Markets.
New weapons and gadgets enhance the heist experience, including Thermite for vault busting, dual-wield weapons, and new Boons that persist beyond elimination. Players can also attempt to rob Kane’s Armored Train, a high-risk, high-reward target filled with loot. Additionally, Mortal Kombat’s Sub-Zero joins the game, bringing an icy combat kit. The season’s Battle Pass includes Outlaw Midas, Cassidy Quinn, and more, while Cowboy Bebop-themed content arrives on March 1.

New Locations in Chapter 6 Season 2: LAWLESS
- Crime City: A crime-ridden urban hub featuring the Hostile Hotel, Wise Guys Bookstore, and Launder Mat.
- Outlaw Oasis: A luxurious spa retreat for criminals.
- Shiny Shafts: A mining site controlled by Fletcher Kane, where players can mine for Bars.
- Lonewolf Lair: Fletcher Kane’s mansion hideout, heavily guarded.
New Bosses & Medallions
- Fletcher Kane: Crime kingpin appearing mid-heist. Drops:
- Mythic Fletcher Kane’s Double Down Pistol.
- Unstoppable Medallion: Increases sprint speed and allows bashing while sprinting.
- Shogun X: Now drops the Super Shield Medallion, which deploys a Shield Bubble Jr. when using healing items.
New Heist Mechanics & Features
- Gold Rush Effect: Gained by swimming in gold-infused water or mining gold veins. Grants increased speed and pickaxe damage.

- Black Markets: Three hidden locations offer Legendary/Mythic items and Boons.

- Vulture: Reveals enemy eliminations on the map.
- Gold Rush: Grants the Gold Rush effect upon looting chests.
- Adrenaline Rush: Provides the Slap effect for unlimited energy after movement actions.
- Gold Ammo: Picking up Bars also grants ammo.
