NIS America has released four different themes for PS4 and the best part is that these are available for free. If you prefer, you can also grab a set of avatars along with it.
Destiny Connect is an upcoming game from NIS America which has already released in Japan. It will be localized and published in the West by NIS America. To celebrate the game’s release, they have released four free themes for PS4, and eight different avatars.

These themes can be purchased from the store and they will be downloadable from the PS4. To change your theme, head over to the settings menu and pick the Themes option there.

If the theme is no downloaded yet, you can find it from the list there and then start the download to get it installed on your PS4. Sony is usually offering free themes when they released a first-party exclusive on the PS4 as it happened with Days Gone.
