Multiple sources have claimed that Xbox and Halo Studios are currently working on remakes of Halo 2 and Halo 3.
In his latest video, content creator and Halo enthusiast Rebs Gaming received confirmation from two additional sources regarding his earlier claim regarding Halo 2 and Halo 3 remakes being in early development. One of his new sources sent proof to verify themselves and that the trilogy remakes are indeed happening regardless of Campaign Evolved’s reception. The other individual he received the information from is the source of his earlier report on Campaign Evolved. The latter also sent him unreleased footage of Campaign Evolved to verify their credentials.
In his aforementioned report, the content creator mentioned hearing from the sources that the prequel missions in Halo: Campaign Evolved include Brutes. He now revealed that the reason these missions will contain Brutes as well as other elements from Halo 2 and 3 is because of the upcoming remakes.

Lastly, they claimed that Brutes can appear in the original missions with one of the new skulls. This source was not able to send proof to verify their information, however.
