Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe has announced Hello Kitty Party Land, a new party game based on Sanrio’s iconic lineup of characters. The title is scheduled to launch on October 29, 2026, for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.

Marking the first console release from Sanrio Games, the title brings together more than 145 Sanrio characters in a colorful world filled with mini-games, activities, and multiplayer fun. Players will be able to explore a lively town populated by familiar faces from the Sanrio universe, including Hello Kitty and many of her friends.

The game allows players to choose from 16 partner characters while meeting a large cast of recognizable Sanrio favorites throughout their adventure. Bandai Namco says the experience will feature more than 45 original mini-games, giving players opportunities to interact with characters in a variety of ways while showcasing both their well-known traits and some unexpected sides of their personalities.

Beyond its collection of mini-games, Hello Kitty Party Land includes several additional activities. Players can take part in board game-inspired modes, customize characters with dress-up options, collect stickers, and spend time fishing. These features are designed to provide a broader range of gameplay experiences beyond the party game format.

The title supports both solo play and local multiplayer for up to four players, with controls designed to be approachable for players of all experience levels.

Hello Kitty is joined by numerous fan-favorite Sanrio characters, including Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, Gudetama, and many others. Together, they make up one of the largest character rosters featured in a Sanrio game to date.

Hello Kitty Party Land launches on October 29, 2026, for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Pre-orders are available now.
