Palworld’s full 1.0 launch has given the game a major boost on Steam, with the open-world survival title surpassing 470,000 concurrent players following its official release on July 10, 2026.
According to official Steam charts, Palworld reached 472,769 concurrent players as of 11:00 PM JST on July 10. That placed the game fourth on Steam by concurrent player count, behind Counter-Strike 2, PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS, and Dota 2.
The game’s commercial performance has also seen a strong jump following its full release. At the time of writing, Palworld ranked fifth on Steam’s global top sellers chart and ninth in Japan. Data from SteamDB also shows that the game’s concurrent player count increased by more than tenfold compared with the period immediately before the 1.0 update.
Developed and published by Japanese studio Pocketpair, Palworld officially left early access with the release of version 1.0 on July 10, 2026. The open-world action-adventure survival game is available on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and macOS, allowing players to explore the Palpagos Islands while capturing, battling and working alongside creatures known as Pals.
