Phantom Blade Zero Demo Page Briefly Appears On PlayStation

by Salal Awan

A Phantom Blade Zero demo page briefly appeared on the PlayStation website before being taken down, potentially hinting at an upcoming demo announcement for the highly anticipated action game. The page was captured before its removal, although the available information does not confirm when the demo will be released.

The apparent listing comes shortly after S-Game confirmed a dedicated Phantom Blade Zero State of Play presentation for August 17. The showcase will feature nearly 20 minutes of new gameplay, with the developer set to provide a closer look at the game’s combat, progression systems and dark wuxia-inspired setting.

The State of Play will begin on August 17 at 7:00 pm PT and 10:00 pm ET. For UK viewers, the presentation will take place on August 18 at 3:00 am BST.

Phantom Blade Zero Demo Could Be Announced

The appearance of the Phantom Blade Zero demo page has led to speculation that S-Game could use the upcoming State of Play to reveal or provide details about a playable demo. However, the page being removed means there is currently no official confirmation that a demo will be announced.

Phantom Blade Zero pre-orders are already available on PlayStation 5, with S-Game also releasing an extended pre-order trailer showing more of the game’s action. The developer has said the State of Play will provide a deeper look at its combat systems, including how players can develop different builds.

The presentation will also introduce previously unseen characters who are expected to play important roles in Soul’s story. S-Game has not yet officially announced a Phantom Blade Zero demo, so players will have to wait for further information from the August 17 showcase.
