Square Enix has confirmed that Marvel’s Avengers will be one of the games to release for PS Now in April. Other additions include Borderlands 3, and more.
Marvel’s Avengers has just received a major update adding Hawkeye and new story content, and it appears that the developers are bringing it to PS Now in order to further boost the player base which has been dwindling for a while now.
In an official post on the PlayStation Blog, it was confirmed that Marvel’s Avengers will join the PlayStation Now games lineup in April along with Borderlands 3 and The Long Dark.
Marvel’s Avengers will be available to play for all the PlayStation Now subscribers beginning this month until July 5, 2021. The other games are Borderlands 3, which will be available until September 29, 2021, and The Long Dark, which doesn’t have an end date.
If you are looking for taking the service on a test ride, there is a trial available for this purpose. Technically, it should be possible to use the trial to beat any of the recently added games to the service. You also need to keep in mind that these games won’t get a PS5 upgrade using the PlayStation Now subscription so while it is nice to have them, they are not the definitive way to play if you already own a PS5.
