PS Now October 2021 lineup will be officially confirmed next month, but the store is already showing some of the games including The Last of Us Part 2.
While Sony has been reluctant to bring their first-party games to PS Now, especially the ones that have been released recently, it appears that they are slowly relaxing this rule and could be bringing more of their first-party games to the subscription service.
An image shared by a user on ResetERA appears to showcase the upcoming PS Now October 2021 games. Here’s what can be seen in the image.
- The Last of Us Part 2
- Fallout 76
- Final Fantasy VIII Remastered
- Desperados III
- Yet Another Zombie Defense
- Amnesia: Collection [Update]
- Victor Vran: Overkill Edition [Update]
Update: Sony has officially announced the games proving that the list was indeed true.
We already know that PlayStation Now will get Final Fantasy games every month beginning with FFVII last month, and now FFVIII Remastered in October. The big surprise is The Last of Us Part 2. It has been out for slightly over a year and it is now allegedly being added to the subscription service.
The Last of Us Part 2 recently received an update that added support for 60 FPS on PS5. There is still no native PS5 version of The Last of Us Part 2 despite Ghost of Tsushima and Death Stranding getting one.
