A screenshot from Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and Rocksteady Studios’ Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has leaked online, revealing that the game features a battle pass.

Going by the details visible in the leaked screenshot, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League features a battle pass, possibly for cosmetics. The game turning out to be a Game As A Service title does not come as surprising, given that it is online-focused and features 4-player co-op support. Therefore, players will likely have the opportunity to personalize the appearance of each of the main characters featured in the game.

Other options available to players include the standard mode, chapter, and difficulty selection along with matchmaking settings. In addition, the tab at the top features a slew of options, ranging from squad selection, looks customization, and a section dedicated to talents, possibly including some sort of a skill tree.

Additionally, the menu features a section dedicated to social features, which likely allows players to maintain an in-game friends list and possibly play with people on other platforms via crossplay. Rounding up the list of menu options is a section dedicated to the battle pass, an in-game store, a section for codex, and an options sub-menu for game configuration.

The screenshot also reveals 6 in-game currencies that will likely be purchasable via store micro-transactions as well as via in-game activities, much like in other GAAS titles.

It’s currently unknown whether Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League will feature the option to choose from Graphics and Performance modes on PS5 and Xbox Series X, as seen in several other titles. The other co-op focused DC Universe title from Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment, Gotham Knights, did not feature the aforementioned options on current-gen consoles.

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is an upcoming action-adventure game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The fifth main Batman: Arkham game, which takes place after Batman: Arkham Knight, is the first to not have Batman as the main character, though Kevin Conroy still provides the character’s posthumous voice in his final appearance as Batman.

The game, which is based on the DC Comics supervillain/anti-hero team the Suicide Squad, focuses on the titular group of super-criminals that Amanda Waller has assembled and sent to Metropolis in order to stop the alien invader Brainiac and save the Justice League members that he has brainwashed.
